How do I learn more about each tour?

Is there a charge to attend the tours?
 
Yes, there is a $35 dollar charge to attend the tours. This covers transportation to and from the tour site. All tours will depart and drop off at Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.
Are there any restrictions to attend tours?
 
All tour registrants and attendees must be over 21 years of age. 
Where do I register for my tour?
 
After reviewing the tour options on our homepage, you may click into each corresponding tour's registration link. This is included in each tour description. Once you are on the tour's specific registration page, you may either click register in the top right corner of the page or click the blue "Register" button at the bottom of the page to complete your registration.
Can I register as a group for tours?
 
Yes, you may register groups up to 10 indiviudals per tour. After selecting your tour, please complete the first person in your group's registration, you will then be prompted to add additional persons to your registrations. Then complete payment for all members in your group in one transaction. Tours are limited to 10 individuals per group.
Cancellations and Refunds
 
The cancellation date to receive a full refund of payment for tours is April 27. After this point, refunds will not be issued. All name changes or substitutions for tour attendees must be requested by May 18. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of payment.
What happens if I miss my bus for the tour?
 
 After April 27, we are unable to issue refunds for missed tours or attendee requested cancellations. All tour attendees must arrive to the tour site via the designated tour bus. Due to parking and security restrictions, tour attendees may not use their own transportation to join the tour. 
On June 4th, where do I go to join my tour?
 
Begin your tour of Boston with "The State of Possible" Reception and Tour Check-in event located in Room 210A at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. This event begins at 9:30am. Arrive early to learn more about Boston's rich life sciences ecosystem and check-in for your tour. All registrants should arrive at least 30 minutes before your tour's scheduled depature time to ensure timely check-in.
Can I use my own transportation to meet the tour group at the site?
 
 Due to parking and security restrictions, tour attendees may not use their own transportation to join the tour.
